1 · Mine Developer cum Operator (MDO)
Partner us as the MDO for Rawanwara North. We will support the approval of all your equipment and your team with Indian regulators.
This is the strongest way to enter India for other projects too: DGMS (Director General of Mines Safety) approval is required for anything new in Indian mines, and operating a producing mine is how that approval is earned. Rawanwara becomes your Indian credential.
2 · Equipment supply (CKD kit & assembly)
When it comes to underground coal mining technology, India today has a choice of barely two European firms. The market is wide open for a third.
We will partner you to get your equipment into India — supplied as CKD kits and assembled locally. Our sister companies have a proven track record building auto parts, railway parts and sub-assemblies to OEM quality standards.
The DGMS pathway
Why a mine is the market key
The only way to sell mining equipment in India is to be approved by DGMS. The only way to get approved is for a mine to run your equipment — typically for three years of field performance.
That is the strategic value of partnering at Rawanwara North: it is not just one mine's order book, it is the proving ground that unlocks the entire Indian UG market for your technology, at exactly the moment India must go underground.
